Plugins should implement this interface to feed IdeProjectTemplate‘s into the project creation workflow.

Returns:	A list of `IdeProjectTemplate`
	A `GList` of `IdeProjectTemplate` instances.
	The caller of the function takes ownership of the data, and is responsible for freeing it.
