Gets a new GPtrArray containing a list of IdeDevice instances that were registered by the IdeDeviceProvider.

Returns: An array of IdeDevice
 

a GPtrArray of IdeDevice.
 The caller of the method takes ownership of the data, and is responsible for freeing it.
